Kriya Yoga technique can only be learned directly from the Guru or authorized teachers(Yogacharya) following the age old tradition of Guru-Sishya parampara(Guru-Disciple relationship). For the diksha(initiation) three symbolic offerings are needed from the seeker.
- Five fruits. They can be of same or different kind. The fruits represent the fruits of actions gained throughout the life. It also represents the causal body.
- Five flowers. They can be of same or different kind. The flowers represent five senses and astral body
- Financial offerings for Guru. It represents the gross body.
Dress should be simple, modest, and comfortable. Tight, transparent, revealing, or otherwise striking clothing (such as shorts, short skirts, tights and leggings, sleeveless or skimpy tops) should not be worn.

2:30pm – 5:00pm Technique Review, Guided Meditation
9am – 10:30am Technique teaching/Review
10:30am – 11:15am Spiritual Discussion/Talks
11:15am – 12:30pm Guided Meditation
